對(duì)2025年想要報(bào)名CFA三級(jí)的考生來說要注意了，2025年CFA三級(jí)由六部分組成，各部分占比不同，在報(bào)名的時(shí)候要在三個(gè)專業(yè)方向里任選其一，科目具體變化往下看。

2025年考綱未變化科目：

CapitalMarketExpectations、Derivatives、AssetAllocation、InstitutionalInvestors

2025年考綱變化科目：

Fixed-Income、Equity、Trading,Performance Evaluation,and Manager Selection、Alternative Investments、Private Wealth Management、Cases in Portfolio Management、Ethical and Professional Standards

原2024年Capital Market Expectations和Asset Allocation為兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的部分，2025年兩部分合并在一起，共同叫Asset Allocation。

權(quán)益科目：原2024年為4個(gè)章節(jié)，第1章全部保留此部分考察，第2章一條考綱在此部分考察，其它挪至專業(yè)方向Portfolio Management Pathway中考察；

固定收益科目：原2024年為4個(gè)章節(jié)，第1章全部保留此部分考察，第2章兩條考綱在此部分考察，其它挪至專業(yè)方向Portfolio Management Pathway中考察；

另類投資科目：原2024年為2個(gè)章節(jié)，第1章刪除，挪至二級(jí)考察，第2章保留此部分考察；

個(gè)人IPS科目：原2024年為3個(gè)章節(jié)，2025年調(diào)整幅度較大，較少部分內(nèi)容保留至此部分考察，其它挪移至專業(yè)方向Private  Wealth Pathway中考察；

Institutional Investors相比2024年無變化；

交易：2024年為3個(gè)章節(jié)，2025年新增Trading Costs and Electronic Markets，新增章節(jié)為原2023年二級(jí)考綱內(nèi)容，原CFA交易科目中：第1章Trade Strategy and Execution挪至專業(yè)方向Portfolio Management Pathway中考察，第2章Portfolio Performance Evaluation和第3章Investment Manager Selection挪至核心科目Performance Measurement中考察；

Case部分：原2024年為三個(gè)章節(jié)，第3章Case Studyin Portfolio Management:Institutional(SWF)保留此部分考察，第1章Case Study in Portfolio Management:Institutional挪至專業(yè)方向Portfolio Management Pathway中考察，第2章刪除。

交易科目中：第2章Portfolio Performance Evaluation和第3章Investment Manager Selection部分，但第3章相比24年新增一條考綱要求（discuss how behavioral factors affect investment team decision making,and recommend techniques for mitigating their effects）；

原2024年CFA三級(jí)道德第5章GIPS，新增一條考綱要求（explain the fundamentals of compliance with the GIPS standards,including the definition of the firm and the firm's definition of discretion）。

2025年把原第5章GIPS挪移至Performance Measurement中考察。
